As I have been doing this aircraft thing for a while, I have noticed a marked increase in the cost of a lot of services that we use to manage aircraft, particularly maintenance tracking program. I'm sick and tired of seeing $6k+ per year costs for something that isn't that hard to do. Hell, I have seen quotes north of $15k a year!
In a 16 hour marathon, with the help of this new AI thing, I created, what I think, is a better product than what is currently out there. I'm making it freely available to the public. Here is the .exe file (you'll need Windows for this):

Also...this is software I'm giving away...for free. This comes with the normal caveat: you get what you pay for. If you use this, you're on your own. I don't offer unique application support for this, and I can't take any responsibility for what happens when you use it. It is your responsibility to ensure the aircraft is legal to fly and that all the maintenance and inspection requirements are current. This software has a .pdf/.csv parsing capability, but you need to verify what it does. Take your time, get things right when setting it up. Trust, but verify everything.
